DITR HAIR POLICY & PROCEDURE

* COVID -19
All clients and customers MUST wear a mask during the durtaion of their service / pick up. 
No matter if you  have been vaccinated or not.


* Cancellation Policy

we will contact you the day before your appointment by phone call or text.you will need to respond with 24 hours ( Yes or No) if you are coming or need to cancel your hair appointment. If you do not respond your appointment will be cancelled.


* Children Hair Service Policy

All children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by a parent / guardian during  the time of their hair sevice. Due to saftey consideration and limted space, we ask that you only bring the child scheduled to receive there hair service.

* No Show Policy

Clients who "No-Show" for a schedulded appointment will incur at  $ 25 fee Payable at your next schedled appointment.


* Late Comer Policy

Please call or text if you are running late for your scheduled appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe.

* Hair Take Down Policy

I DO Not
take down Braids or extension down at your service unless it is book in your appointment. A charge of $50 will be added to your service fee if I have to remove any braids , twist , or extension.

* Hair Consultation

" New clients
will need to schedule a MANDATORY hair consultation prior to  scheduling any services. Durning your hair consultation we will assess your hair tpye, texture, and overall hair condition, determine your top hair concerns and hair goals, evaluate your current hair care regiment and products, and establish a plan for service. The fee for one-hour consultion is $ 25.00

* Payment Policy

"Payment for all hair service can be
 made by cash, (cash app) for small fees or Visa, debit card through sqaure. (these will incur a (insert value) surcharge.
