SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped out by our recycled boxes or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a confirmation and a tracking email when your postage is printed and ready to ship.
Orders should reach you with in 5-7 business days.
RETURNS:
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of new merchandise and processing on your return order. We do not accept returns on used/open products. All returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery. For concerns over damaged or incorrect items, please email us at [email protected] within 5 days.
CUSTOMER PICK UP:
Diamond in the Rough will contact you to schedule your date and time for pick up within 24/ hours of your paid purchase to schedule your date and time for pick up. DITR will hold your products for 2 days, but we ask that you please be mindful of our time - we have a lot of products and customers to attend to.
RECYCLE BOXES:
We use recycle boxes for DITR because it's important to recycle boxes to help save our natural plants and wild life. It all helps reduce garbage in our land fields. Additionally, this choice promotes economic growth, reduces pollution, and help to preserve trees by reducing the need of newspapers and more.
